Inside a Pomegranate

Here’s a picture I took of an open pomegranate.

They are believed to protect you against cancer, heart disease, premature aging, Alzheimer’s, osteoarthritis, diabetes, wrinkles, and its iron content is good for anemia. I’ve seen skin creams made with pomegranate too.

A pomegranate contains three times the antioxidants of green tea. Now you know why planted my own tree.

Kathy, I think I take the throne when it comes to not proofreading. But it’s okay, I just got to be careful when submitting 🙂
I’m really bad about not double checking. I really am sorry Jenny but I thank you for fixing them when I ask you to 🙂
I wish there was a way to preview post before submitting to help us proofread…
And I agree pomegranates can be really messy…

They’re so messy to eat though! 🙂

    Hey Jenny,

You left out the I. Proofread.

  4. Rhonda says:

I knew they were good for you but Wow! and yeah Jenny this will make me grow my own tree now. I grew up eating pomegranates and having my own tree would be cool. I know it’s too late to plant one now, so when is the best time to plant one of these trees?…

And by the way, your picture there of an opened pomegranate looks really good, yum! 🙂

    Take care,
    Rhonda
