I finally mastered great homemade pizza with a crispy crust.  It takes a wooden peel and a pizza stone preheated to 500 degrees for a hour to come close to those restuarant ovens but it’s worth the effort.  It takes the dough an hour to rise anyway so it rises while the stone heats up.  Then it bakes in about 8 minutes.  There’s nothing better than homemade pizza!!!
