New “How-To” videos!
We just posted seven new “How-To” videos. They are so much fun to make and I have a lot more ideas for the next ones. One of my new favorites is a healthier hot fudge sundae. Click here to check it out.

I dont cut soft drinks in half. I try to stay away from them all together, but I might have to try that idea the next time I want a soft drink. I do use decaf with my coffee sometime, because I have a weakness for coffee…
Jenny, I have another question about chocolate. I work at Walmart and I was working today and noticed Nesquik fat free chocolate milk has no fat and I remembered what you said about anything that has chocolate cant be fat free. Is it fat free because its made with cocoa?
Rhonda, I found it at the store and looked at the ingredients. It contains “less than 2%” of cocoa powder which is low in fat, so it does contain a small amount of fat but as long as it’s under 1/2 gram, they can call it “fat free.” It also contains artificial flavor so I suspect that’s chocolate. Why not make your own with fat free milk, real cocoa powder (very low in fat) and sugar? Only three ingredients! And you know exactly what you’re getting.
p.s. I make my own chocolate milk all the time with 1% milk, powdered cocoa, sugar and vanilla. I dissolve the cocoa and sugar in a teeny bit of hot water, then add cold milk and a smidge of vanilla.
Thank you for clearing that up. Was a bit confusing after reading that label. I will try making chocolate milk your way. I copied the directions down. Thank you again 🙂
I thought I was the only one that cut my soft drinks with soda water!
The Ultimate Chocolate Sauce that you use in your “How to make a healthier hot fudge sundae” is the world’s best hot fudge I’ve ever had…their caramel sauce is amazing too. I’ll never feel guilty again eating a hot fudge sundae like this one!
I’ve also seen that sauce at Gelson’s in Los Angeles. I love it!
