Oh Jenny, BTW, I wanted to share with you that I made your creamy chicken and asparagus dinner from your cookbook but I didn’t have asparagus, so I made it with steamed organic broccoli and it was amazing!! I have made it before with the asparagus and it was awesome, but I wanted you to know that it is just as good with broccoli! I also made your brownies with walnuts…mmmm. wow! And we had your blueberry pancakes last weekend!!

That chicken/asparagus is one of my all-time favorites. I’m glad you like it!
She is beautiful! We just love animals!! 🙂 they bring us sooooo much joy! We have two siberian huskies who love to jump in bed with us 🙂 and we don’t have the heart to turn them away!!! Wishing you the best of love and health and long life for Scampie!!

P.S. Rhonda, I believe you my sista!! Animals do talk to us! my girls actually stare at us and throw their heads towards the kitchen telling us “Come on Mom and Dad get in the kitchen and make me some food!!!!” And I am being serious!!
I agree. Scampi’s a cutie. I like the name Scampi. We have cats and I have a black one that looks like yours which she was my Dad’s cat, her names Batty. I swear she talks…lol…she also likes washing her face with a wash clothes. No joke!…
