Rhonda made my pork tenderloin dinner and it looks great! She says, “I made your Pork Tenderloin Dinner and it was soo good. I only marinade for 4 hours but I want to try this recipe again and marinade over night and cook it the next day to see if there’s a change with how I made it the first time. You are such a pro at making the best meats look so good. Which I don’t think I did too bad for myself with this recipe. My Mom liked it and that’s a plus :)”

Rhonda’s Mac ‘n’ Cheese
“Just wanted to show you a photo of your Mac & Cheese I made today. I made another plate because I realized maybe you would want to see us when we make your recipes and how they turn out. This was fun to make. It took effort, but well worth it like you said in your book 🙂 This is really the best Mac & Cheese I’ve had. It’s really good 😉 Now I’m off to clean the kitchen…ugh!…lol… Take care, Rhonda”
We took the girls for a 4 k walk this morning and there is a river on the walk and Kya knows when it’s coming up! She pulls us towards it and goes right down. She is hilarious, she puts her whole head in the water like she’s fishing for salmon (like a bear). I took our camera this morning and shot video of it. Teka is not as brave as her, she is shy, but we try with her!!

JJ I was just wondering if I wanted to make a marble cake.. would you suggest the white cake from your strawberry cake and swirl the chocolate with your chocolate cupcake recipe? Then what would you recommend for icing???

Jenny, I’m glad to know it looks like yours. I follow your recipes step by step, no short cuts, because I want the recipe to be done right to be able to have good food and it be healthy as well. If I didn’t follow your recipes exactly I wouldn’t get the healthy part of it. I had more Mac & Cheese for dinner. I love leftovers 🙂

Sue, Yeka and Kya are gorgeous. I love their color coat. They also look very healthy. I can tell they are well taken care of and it’s funny Kya is peeping in to the bag see what goodies Teka got for her birthday…lol…cute picture 🙂
