I hope you make it to 4000 or more on your count, Jenny. If you still have green tomatoes it’s possible you will make that goal. I hope the rabbit has an appetite for just leafy, grassy things and not your tomatoes. I haven’t seen any updates from you in a couple days, so I’m wondering if you’re busy making rabbit stew…lol…
Take care, Jenny and have a great week 🙂

  2. Sister Dearest says:

I haven’t checked the status of the killer tomatoes for a few days. Good grief! At least if the squirrel eats the green ones, they can’t ripen. Is that something? Something always happens on my walks and this time a hawk swooped onto a roof and snatched a poor unsuspecting dove. The dove put up such a fierce fight, and the hawk realising it was now on the ground and out of it’s realm, gave up the fight. Poor dove was damaged and wasn’t ready for kitty watching it all from 10′ away. What kind of camera do I need on my walks??? Anyone?

    • Rhonda says:

Poor dove…that makes me sad, but it was probably so damaged by the hawk maybe it was meant to be what it is. It’s a cat’s nature to attack and hunt. The reason I have cats is mainly to keep the squirrels away as far as possible from the house and I have to say it works. Gypsy my oldest cat has attacked and killed a squirrel before. My other cats haven’t killed a squirrel to my knowledge. I rarely see a squirrel close by the house anymore, because the squirrels keep their distance and I like it that way. Squirrels are annoying…

As for the best camera to use going on your walks. It probably doesn’t really matter the type of camera you use. You just got to have a good eye to catch things at the right moment. I’m learning to do that with the camera I have now. I’ve learned the more you use a camera the better you will take pictures. That’s why I think Jenny’s pictures turn out so good, because she is always reaching for it for whatever reason. Practice makes perfect I guess you could say 😀

I was at my friends house Saturday and she gave us fresh tomatoes from her garden and guess who I thought of!???? Yeh you!! imagine that 🙂 🙂
