Quick/Easy Mac & Cheese
Sometimes, I don’t have time to bake my mac & cheese with the crumb topping but I still want my mac & cheese!
So I posted the easiest, fastest, (healthiest!) way to get some mac & cheese into my pie-hole.

for your galzed donuts can you make doughnut holes?
I’ve never done it but you could try using a mini muffin pan and putting batter in each cup and bake the same as you bake the doughnuts, but keep an eye because they might bake in less time. Also, I expect they won’t be perfectly round. Please let me know if you try it.
Ah, I made your baked mac and cheese and it turned out so good and delicious, so now I will have to make your mac and cheese this way. Your recipes are great and I love using them. I love going to get your first cook book and using your recipes when I feel like cooking something different and unique. I will continue until I’ve made everything in your book, but like I said before I get stuck on one thing sometimes because it’s just so delicious I can’t get enough of it. Can’t wait for your 2nd cook book. This mac and cheese really looks yummy and I have to agree with Marty somewhat it would make a great macaroni salad, but I’m sure it’s delicious the way it is. I hate mac and cheese from a box. If it isn’t home made I don’t eat it. I’m picky when it comes to certain foods and mac and cheese is one of them and I would say by the looks of your simple creamy mac and cheese you got there Jenny I would give it an A++ 😉 🙂
