    Do you have any nutritional information on this?
    Surprised knowing you had posted healthy recipes a lot that this doesnt include whole wheat flour. I dont know if youve ever gone to the Original Pancake house but they have a carmelized apple pancake thats incredible…but its over 1000 calories.

    Yum! That looks really good. I now it’s a healthy pancake, but it kinda reminds me of a funnel cake. I love things like this. Cobblers and pies especially and healthy ones at that. I will have to try making this. I love anything caramelized it seems and the way you cook things the colors are just so brilliant they pop out at you 😀
